Our First Custom House Build!

We met our first clients when they came to look at our rental home in Edgewater and we clicked right away! We shared so many of the same interests and most importantly – CAPS CAPS CAPS.

They liked our Edgewater home so much, they offered to buy it. That is when we started talking about building them a custom home. We had them come see a house we were remodeling at the time, and they decided right away they wanted us to build them a custom dream home. And so our journey began!

The foyer is so inviting and bright with all the natural light.

The kitchen countertops are concrete. But the kitchen island includes a butcher block countertop. It’s so beautiful, I wouldn’t want to cut on it…but you absolutely can!

The kitchen includes a beautiful farm house sink with a classic white subway tile backsplash.

The mud room with a built-in bench.

The custom doggie shower is a wonderful addition to the mud room.

The airy office has views of the neighbor’s sheep and fainting goats.

The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were Fabuwood… such a great quality product!

The hanging lanterns provide the perfect farmhouse touch! I love how you can sit on the porch and enjoy the view.

Hubby and I enjoyed working with our clients so much! We hope they enjoy their house as much as we enjoyed building it for them!
